How do I use LipsGlow?

Clean skin, device on, 5 to 10 minutes a day, with the tip for the lips or without the tip for the eyes. See the How it works page.

Can I use it on my eyes too?

Yes. Remove the silicone tip and use the device as a warm compress for the eye area, face or neck. Around the eyes, keep your eyelids closed and start at the lowest warmth level. The red light is for the lips only. If you have an eye condition, ask a healthcare professional.

Is the warmth adjustable?

Yes, 4 levels: 35, 40, 45 and 50 °C.

Does the device switch off by itself?

Yes, it switches off automatically after 10 minutes.

What results can I expect?

LipsGlow is a wellness device: it offers a pleasant care moment. Feelings vary from person to person and no result is guaranteed.

Is it safe?

Use it as described in the manual, on healthy skin. If you are pregnant, have a skin or eye condition, an implanted medical device or are unsure, ask a healthcare professional.

How do I charge the device?

Via the USB-C port, with the cable provided.

What are the delivery times?

Can I return my device?

Yes: you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. See Withdrawal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to many countries. Any customs duties outside the EU may remain payable by you.
